Komi Pricing and What the Komi.io Pro Plan Costs
· by ExclusiveLink
Komi has two plans for creators. Starter is free and covers the mini-site, unlimited content and affiliate links, fan contact capture and analytics. Pro costs $20 a month, or $16 a month on annual billing, and adds digital product sales with a 0% fee, unlimited email campaigns, a custom domain, Meta Pixel and removal of Komi branding. Pro starts with a free trial.
Those are the numbers on komi.io/pricing. Several comparison articles still quote $10.50, $6.99 or $14.99 a month under plan names Komi no longer lists, so if a review disagrees with the figures here, the review is the stale one. The rest of this article works out what each plan is worth, where the free plan stops, and what the same job costs on the tools Komi is usually compared with.

How much does Komi cost?

Is Komi free?
Yes, the Starter plan is free with no time limit. It includes a custom mini-site, unlimited content and affiliate links, video, audio and event blocks, access to brand deals, unlimited fan contacts and performance analytics. Komi's FAQ also says you can create as many profiles and add as many team members as you like.
What Starter leaves out is the part that earns directly. The plan comparison shows digital products, custom domain, branding removal, Meta Pixel and priority support as Pro only, and lists email sends as "No access" on Starter. In practice the free plan collects fan contacts but cannot email them or sell to them from the page. It is a link page with a contact list attached, which is a fair deal for a creator whose income is brand work and affiliate links.
What Komi Pro adds for $20 a month
Selling with no platform cut. Pro turns on digital products with on-page checkout and a 0% fee on those sales. Among the tools creators usually shortlist, that is the lowest price for a 0% plan. Stan Store charges $29, Beacons $30 and Linktree $35 for theirs.
Email to your contacts. Pro lists unlimited email campaigns and unlimited contacts. If you would otherwise pay for a separate newsletter tool at a small list size, this is where most of the plan's value sits.
Your domain and your branding. Pro removes the Komi badge and allows a custom domain. Komi's FAQ says to email its support team to get the domain set up, so it is a request and not a setting you flip yourself.
Meta Pixel and priority support. The pixel matters if you run Instagram or Facebook ads to the page and want to retarget visitors.
Does Komi take a percentage of sales?
No, not on Pro. Komi lists a 0% fee on digital product sales on the Pro plan, and the free Starter plan does not include digital products at all, so there is no tier where Komi takes a cut of a product sale. You pay card processing to the payment processor, as on every platform.
That makes the comparison with percentage-fee tools simple. Linktree's $15 Pro plan keeps 9% of each sale. Komi Pro costs $5 more a month and keeps nothing, so Komi is the cheaper of the two once you sell more than about $56 a month. Against Beacons' $10 Creator plan, which also keeps 9%, the break-even is about $111 a month in sales. A creator selling one $29 preset pack to five people a month is already past both lines.
Does Komi include a custom domain?
Yes, on Pro. The pricing page lists "Setup custom domain" under Pro and shows it as unavailable on Starter. The FAQ refers to a "Premium" plan for custom domains and tells creators to contact support to set one up. The plan table only shows Starter and Pro, so read "Premium" as the paid plan. Budget about $10 to $15 a year for the domain itself from a registrar, which no bio tool includes.
Is Komi Pro worth it?
For most creators who sell a few digital products and want one tool for the page and the emails, yes. $192 a year for a 0% store, a domain and unlimited campaigns is hard to beat on price, and nothing in this article should talk you out of it if that list matches what you need.
It is weaker value in three cases. If you sell nothing and send no email, Starter already does the job and Pro buys you a domain and a missing badge. If you need courses, bookings and funnels, Komi's product set is thinner than a store builder's. And if your business is locking individual links (a replay behind a payment, a guide behind an email address, an invite that expires on Friday), Komi sells products but does not gate arbitrary links, which is a different mechanism.
Komi also has a separate offer for managers and brands, with multiple roster profiles and email and SMS sold through its sales team, with no public price. If you run creators for client campaigns and what you need is briefing and approvals more than bio pages, a UGC platform built for agencies covers that work with flat published plans.
Komi pricing vs other link in bio tools
Entry price, the cut on sales and the domain for the tools most often compared with Komi. Full breakdowns are on our Linktree pricing, Beacons pricing and Stan Store pricing pages, and the cheaper app-first option is covered in Linkme pricing.
| Tool | Plans, monthly | Fee on sales | Custom domain | Locks on any link |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Komi | Free, $20 ($16 annual) | 0% on Pro, no selling on Starter | On Pro, set up through support | No. Products and data capture |
| Linktree | Free, $8, $15, $35 | 12% Free, 9% Starter and Pro, 0% on $35 | Not offered at any price | Code, age and subscribe locks |
| Beacons | Free, $10, $30, $100 | 9% on Free and $10, 0% from $30 | Paid plans | No. Store, media kit, email |
| Stan Store | $29, $99 | 0% on both | Not offered at any tier | No. Products, courses, bookings |
| ExclusiveLink | $49, $99, $149 (half on yearly) | 2% on Creator, 0% from Pro | From Pro, self-serve | Yes. Paid and email locks per link |
We are the last row, so read it as a vendor's row. On price alone Komi Pro is the cheapest 0% plan with a domain in this table, and we cost more than twice as much. Linktree and Stan Store state their custom domain positions in their own help centers.
When paying more than Komi makes sense
Komi is built around a media-rich mini-site with a product shelf. ExclusiveLink is built around the lock. Any link on the page can ask for a one-time payment or an email address before it opens, so the thing you sell can be a private video, a calendar slot, an unlisted folder or an invite, without uploading it as a product. If that is how you sell, the link in bio for exclusive content page shows the three kinds of link side by side, and link in bio payments covers the checkout.
Pro on ExclusiveLink also adds things Komi's pricing page does not list: scheduled and expiring links for launches, A/B tests on button labels, and click reports split by the post or platform that sent the tap, which is what the link in bio tracking page is about. The domain is connected from your own panel. Whether that is worth the gap in price depends on volume. A creator making $300 a month from two presets should take Komi Pro. A creator running paid launches worth a few thousand dollars, who needs to know which Reel sold them, is the buyer the higher plan is priced for. Every plan is on our pricing page.
If you want to see a paid link work before you decide either way, the link in bio maker near the top of this page builds one in about a minute. For a wider shortlist, the best link in bio app comparison ranks the main tools by what you keep after fees.
Komi pricing questions
Can I cancel Komi Pro at any time?
Yes. Komi's FAQ says creators on the paid plan can cancel at any time with no minimum contract. On annual billing you have paid for the year up front, so check the refund terms before choosing annual over monthly if you are still testing the tool.
How many profiles can I have on Komi?
As many as you like, according to Komi's FAQ, and the same goes for team members. That is unusual. Most link in bio tools charge per page or per seat, so a manager with several creators should weigh this before paying for an agency tier elsewhere.
Is Komi cheaper than Linktree?
It depends on whether you sell. For a plain link page both are free. For selling, Komi Pro at $20 with a 0% fee beats Linktree Pro at $15 with a 9% fee once sales pass about $56 a month, and it is $15 a month cheaper than Linktree's 0% Premium plan. Linktree has no custom domain on any plan.
What is the difference between Komi and Stan Store?
Both charge 0% on sales. Komi Pro is $20 a month with a free plan below it and a custom domain. Stan Store starts at $29 with no free plan and no custom domain, and its $99 plan adds funnels, upsells and email. Stan has the deeper store, with courses, bookings and memberships. Komi has the lower price.
