How do I use a link in bio?
Create your page, add every link you want your audience to reach, then paste your page URL into the bio field on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or X. From then on you only update the page, never the bio. On ExclusiveLink you can also lock any of those links behind an email or a price, so the same page captures contacts and takes sales.
How do I add my link to Instagram or TikTok?
On Instagram, open Edit profile, tap Links, and paste your exclusive.link URL. On TikTok, open Edit profile and paste it into the Website field, available on business accounts and creator accounts over 1,000 followers. Each takes under a minute, and the same page works on YouTube, X and Twitch too.
Can I move my Linktree links over?
Yes. Paste your existing Linktree page URL during setup and your links import in one step, titles and order included. Most switchers are live in under ten minutes.
How long does setup take?
About five minutes for a working page: claim your handle, add your links, pick a theme. Locking a link behind an email or a price takes one toggle. Connecting a custom domain adds a few minutes of guided DNS setup.
02Selling and fees
What it costs when you sell
Do you take a cut of my sales?
On Pro and above, no: 0% platform fees, your payment processor is the only middleman. The Creator plan carries a 2% fee on paid links. Compare that with storefront platforms that take up to 9% of every sale.
How do gated and paid links work?
Any link on your page can be locked. An email gate asks the visitor for their address before passing them through, and you keep the contact. A paid link asks for payment first, at the price you set. Both show up in your analytics as unlocks, next to plain clicks.
How do I get paid?
Paid links settle through your own payment processor directly to your account. ExclusiveLink never holds your money. Processor fees are charged by the processor and are separate from your plan.

03Domains and branding
Whose name is on the door
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Pro and above connect any domain you own in a few minutes, so your link reads links.yourname.com instead of a platform URL. We walk you through the two DNS records and issue the SSL certificate automatically.
Will my page say ExclusiveLink on it?
Never. No badge, no footer credit, no upsell banner on any plan. Your audience sees your brand only.
How is this different from Linktree?
Linktree is built for listing links. ExclusiveLink is built for selling through them: gating, pricing, scheduling and revenue analytics are the core product, not add-ons. There is no free tier with branding on it, and no template your page has to share with millions of others.

04Analytics and data
What you can see, and who owns it
What analytics do I get?
Creator shows per-link clicks over the last 7 days. Pro and above keep full history and add UTM source, country, device, and revenue per link, so you can read exactly which post drove which sale.
Is my audience data mine?
Yes. Every email captured by a gate and every click record belongs to you, exportable as CSV any time, and deleted when you say so. We never sell, rent or share your audience data.

05Billing
Plans, billing and leaving
How much does ExclusiveLink cost?
Creator is $19 per month, Pro is $49 per month, and Studio is $149 per month. Yearly billing brings those to $15, $39 and $119 per month. Enterprise is custom and invoiced.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your account settings, in two clicks. Your page stays live until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you can export all of your data before you go.
Is there a plan for agencies and teams?
Yes. Studio covers up to 10 pages with 3 team seats, roles, roster analytics and CSV export. Enterprise adds unlimited pages and seats, SSO, a 99.9% uptime SLA and invoicing: email [email protected] to talk it through.
