Linkme Alternative for Creators Who Sell Paid Links on Their Own Domain

Linkme is a strong app for reach. Post to All, DM automations and a verified profile for $10 a month on yearly billing is hard to argue with. It is a weaker fit when the bio link has to sell access: it does not put a price on an arbitrary link, its pricing page publishes no fee on sales, and it lists no custom domain. ExclusiveLink locks any link behind a payment or an email, on your own domain, and shows which platform sent each buyer.

The short answer

The best Linkme alternative for a creator who sells is a bio page built around paid and email-locked links. ExclusiveLink Pro is $99 a month, or $49 a month billed yearly, with a 0% platform fee, your own domain, per-link payment and email locks, lead and click CSV export, and clicks by platform.

If your work is posting to several platforms and automating replies, keep Linkme Pro at $119.99 a year on the website. It is far cheaper than we are and does a job we do not do.

Why creators look for a Linkme alternative

Linkme is built for reach, a selling page is built for the lock

Most people who leave Linkme are not unhappy with it. Their bio link picked up a second job that a posting and automation app was never designed around.

No price on a single link

Linkme sells digital products and courses from Plus up. What it does not list is a lock on an arbitrary URL, so a $15 deposit before your calendar, a $9 private playlist or an unlisted replay has to be rebuilt as a product.

The fee is not published

Linkme's pricing page describes merch fees as "higher" on Free and "low" on Plus, and gives no percentage for digital products. You cannot price a product properly when the cut is unknown until setup.

No custom domain listed

Pro lets you swap the Linkme mark for your logo. The plan table does not list your own domain on any individual plan, so the address in your bio still belongs to Linkme.

Buyer data sits on Pro

Leads with CSV export are a Pro feature. On Plus you can collect contacts with forms, but taking the list out is not on that plan's feature list.

What changes on your page

Same links, but each one can ask for a payment or an email first

You keep your layout. The difference is what happens after the tap.

A paid link is a one-time unlock that opens any URL you choose after checkout: a calendar, a Drive folder, an unlisted video, a Discord invite. Nothing has to be uploaded as a product. Service providers use it to take a deposit before a client picks a time, shown on the link in bio for booking page, and creators use it for paid access, covered on link in bio for exclusive content.

What a year costs

Linkme is much cheaper, and here is what the difference buys

Plan prices for twelve months in USD. Card processing (typically 2.9% plus 30 cents) applies on every tool that takes payments, including ours, and is left out.

Read the gap honestly. Pro on our side costs about five times Linkme Pro on the web. It only pays off when the page sells access worth a few thousand dollars a year, when you need a fee you can plan around, or when the page has to run on your own address. If none of that applies, Linkme is the better buy. The plan by plan detail, including why the app price is higher, is in the Linkme pricing breakdown, and our own plans are on the pricing page.

Two other names come up in the same search. Linktree's help center says it does not support custom domains on any plan, and Stan Store, at $29 a month with a 0% fee, does not offer one either. The wider field is ranked on the best link in bio app for creators who sell page, and the custom domain link in bio page shows how the domain setup works on our side.

05 ยท Who it is for

Switch if the page sells access. Stay if the job is posting.

ExclusiveLink is the better buy if you

  • Sell access that lives at a URL: sessions, private feeds, replays, templates, invites.
  • Need to know the fee before you set a price, and want 0% once sales are steady.
  • Want the page on yourname.com so the address survives a change of tools.
  • Need every buyer and signup in a CSV with the link and platform that brought them, which is what link in bio tracking is about.

Stay on Linkme if you

  • Spend your time cross-posting to five platforms and want one button for it.
  • Depend on Instagram comment and DM automations to send links.
  • Earn mainly from brand deals and want a verified badge and a follower total on the page.
  • Sell print on demand merch and do not want to run a store.

How it works

Moving from Linkme without losing a click

Four steps, in this order, so nobody who taps an old link hits an empty page.

  1. 1

    Rebuild the links that earn

Copy the links that got taps in the last 90 days. Turn each product that delivers a file or a URL into a paid link and each freebie into an email lock. Buy the cheapest one yourself to check delivery.

  2. 2

    Point your domain

On Pro, connect yourname.com from the panel. From then on the address in your bio is yours, whatever tool runs behind it.

  3. 3

    Keep Linkme for posting

You can keep Post to All and automations running. Put your new page as the top link on the Linkme profile and in your automation replies.

  4. 4

Swap every bio the same evening

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, X. Changing them together keeps the platform numbers clean from day one. Watch 30 days of clicks before you cancel anything.

If you subscribed to Linkme inside the iPhone or Android app, Linkme's FAQ says to cancel through the App Store or Google Play, not in Linkme's settings. A Linktree page, if you also have one, can be pulled in with the importer at claim your link.

Linkme alternative questions, answered

What is the best Linkme alternative?

For a creator who sells access from the bio link, ExclusiveLink is the closest fit: a payment or email lock on any link, a published 0% fee on Pro, your own domain and lead export, at $49 a month billed yearly. For a free link page, Linktree and Beacons both have free plans. For cross-posting, nothing here replaces Linkme.

Is Linkme free?

Yes. Linkme's Free plan includes the profile and mini website, unlimited links, tips, product links, merch and basic analytics, with a Powered by Linkme badge and 10 Post to All posts in total. Plus costs $5.99 a month or $49.99 a year on the website, and Pro $19.99 a month or $119.99 a year.

Can you sell on Linkme?

Yes. The Free plan links to products you sell elsewhere and sells print on demand merch. Plus adds digital product downloads and a course builder. Linkme's pricing page does not publish a percentage fee for these sales, so check it at product setup before you set a price.

Does Linkme have a custom domain?

Linkme's pricing page does not list a custom domain on Free, Plus or Pro. Pro lets you replace the Linkme mark with your own logo, which is branding rather than an address. If your own domain matters, confirm with Linkme before you pay. ExclusiveLink includes one on Pro.

Is Linkme better than Linktree?

For posting, yes: Linkme adds Post to All and DM automations that Linktree does not sell, and its web prices are lower. For selling, neither lists your own domain on its plans, and Linktree's help center says it does not support custom domains at all. A creator who sells access is better served by a page built around locks.

Can I keep Linkme and use another bio page?

Yes, and many creators should. Keep Linkme for Post to All and automations, put your selling page in every bio, and make it the first link on your Linkme profile. You pay for both, but each does the job it is built for.
