Flodesk Link in Bio Alternatives: 5 Tools for Creators Who Sell
· by ExclusiveLink
The best Flodesk link in bio alternative depends on what your bio page now has to do. If it only needs to add people to your list, stay on Flodesk: its Link in bio is included free on every plan and signups go straight into your Flodesk audience. If the page has to sell with a low fee, gate more than one offer, hold more than 10 links or run on your own domain, look at ExclusiveLink ($19 Creator, $49 Pro), beehiiv, Beacons, Stan Store or Linktree, compared below.
Most people reading this keep Flodesk for email and move only the bio page. That split works well: the new page captures the address, you import it into Flodesk, and your welcome workflow carries on. Prices below come from each vendor's own pricing and feature pages.

What your fans see
What Flodesk's link in bio does well, and where it stops
Flodesk built its link page as a signup form first. Its own feature page says the Link in bio is "part of Flodesk's free plan and included in all paid plans at no extra cost", that anyone who signs up "is added directly into your email list in Flodesk", and that you can track visits, opt-ins and conversion rate. The design control is excellent, which is why so many photographers, stylists and small brands use it.
The limits show up once the page has more than one job:
Ten links. Flodesk says you can "add and arrange up to 10 links". A creator with a shop, a booking link, two lead magnets, a podcast and several brand codes hits that fast.
Selling means Flodesk Checkout. You can add checkout links to the page if you sell with Flodesk Checkout. On the pricing page, unlimited integrated checkouts sit in the Everything plan, which starts at $54 a month for up to 1,000 subscribers on monthly billing and climbs with list size. Lite starts at $25 and Pro at $28 at the same list size.
The address. Flodesk describes the link page address as a custom handle "like this: yourname.myflodesk.com". Its plans list custom domains as a feature, so if a branded address for the bio page is the deciding factor, ask Flodesk support whether the link page itself can use one before you move.
One offer per signup. A form adds a subscriber. It does not tell you which freebie, which post or which platform brought them unless you build separate forms and links for each.

The five alternatives, and who each one suits
1. ExclusiveLink: for creators who capture emails and sell
We built ExclusiveLink for a bio page that earns. Any link can be email-gated: the visitor leaves an address and goes straight to the file, and the address is stored with the offer it unlocked, so a CSV export tells you who wanted the preset guide and who wanted the pricing template. That column maps neatly to a Flodesk segment when you import. Any link can also be paid, with the file delivered after checkout. Creator at $19 has no link cap and carries a 2% platform fee on sales; Pro at $49 drops the fee to 0% and adds your own domain, scheduled links, A/B testing of button labels and UTM, device and city analytics. The full setup is on our link in bio with email capture page.
What we do not do: we do not send email. There is no native Flodesk sync, so new signups reach Flodesk through a CSV import. If you want zero import steps, that is a real point in Flodesk's favor.
2. beehiiv: if you would move your newsletter too
beehiiv's feature page says every user can create a link in bio page for free, with a native subscribe form, sales of digital products, courses, bookings and paid subscriptions at 0% fee, and a custom domain. It is a strong alternative, but only really makes sense if you are willing to move your email list from Flodesk to beehiiv as well, because the form feeds a beehiiv newsletter.
3. Beacons: the cheapest route to your own domain
Beacons' $10 Creator plan is the least expensive way to get a bio page on your own domain with email collection. The catch is its 9% fee on sales below the $30 Creator Plus plan. At $500 a month in sales, that is $45 in fees on the $10 plan, more than the $30 plan costs.
4. Stan Store: for coaches selling calls and courses
Stan Store takes 0% of sales at $29 and $99 a month, and handles bookings, courses and downloads well, with free lead magnets that collect emails. It is the cheapest steady-seller option here if you do not care about the address. Stan's help center says a custom domain is not available, only forwarding; we cover what that means in Stan Store custom domain.
5. Linktree: the familiar link list
Linktree has sign-up forms and the cheapest paid plan here at $8. For sellers it is weaker: 9% on digital sales below the $35 Premium plan, and its help center states there is no custom domain at any price.
Three situations, three answers
A wedding photographer with a pricing guide and a booking link. Two links and one freebie. Stay on Flodesk's free link page; nothing here beats a native form into the list you already send from.
A creator selling $1,500 a month of templates, with three lead magnets. Flodesk would mean the Everything plan for integrated checkouts, and three separate forms to see which freebie works. ExclusiveLink Pro is $49 at 0%, with each signup tagged by its freebie; Stan Store is $29 at 0% without your own domain. Keep Flodesk Lite or Pro for the emails either way.
A small brand whose team shares one bio page. Pick a tool that reports clicks by source and put the page on your own domain, then make sure the new address is everywhere your team sends from: profiles, pinned posts and every staff member's footer, which is easiest to update in one pass with email signature software. For several brands or client accounts, see our link in bio for agencies page.
How to move off Flodesk's link page without losing subscribers
Keep your Flodesk account and list exactly as they are. Build the new bio page with the same lead magnets, email-gated, and test each one on a phone. Swap the URL in your Instagram and TikTok profiles on the same day, then update pinned posts and YouTube descriptions. Set a weekly routine to export new signups and import them into Flodesk with a tag per offer, so your existing welcome workflow keeps firing. Our gated content guide covers which offers convert best behind a gate.
Questions people ask before switching
Does Flodesk have link in bio?
Yes. Flodesk Link in bio is included on its free plan and every paid plan at no extra cost. It holds up to 10 links, adds signups directly to your Flodesk list, reports visits and opt-ins, and lives on a yourname.myflodesk.com handle.
Is Flodesk link in bio free?
Yes, the link page itself is free. Flodesk's paid email plans are priced by list size, from $25 a month for Lite at up to 1,000 subscribers on monthly billing. Selling through integrated checkouts sits in the Everything plan, from $54 a month at the same list size.
Can I use another link in bio tool and keep Flodesk?
Yes. Most creators do exactly that. The bio tool captures the email, you import the CSV into Flodesk, and your Flodesk workflows send the welcome sequence. On ExclusiveLink each exported address carries the offer it signed up for, which you can map to a Flodesk segment.
What is the best Flodesk alternative for selling digital products?
Stan Store if you want 0% fees at the lowest price and do not need your own domain; ExclusiveLink Pro at $49 if you want 0% fees, email gates and your own domain on one page. The fee math is on the link in bio to sell digital products page.
